Security Surveys:
Horus International believes that the key to protecting the assets of your Organisation is to conduct a comprehensive security survey. The Survey is a systematic process of identifying threats and vulnerabilities to the premises, equipment, people and operating functions that will be initiated on start-up.
The survey will provide detailed information on physical security measures and a range of controls to mitigate the threats and remove vulnerabilities. Horus International will conduct a full cost / benefit analysis to ensure that the recommendations made are reasonable and cost-effective by balancing the cost of impact against cost of control.

Security Audit:
Horus International’s audit process will evaluate the validity, effectiveness and reliability of your controls, systems and processes. It will provide an assessment of your internal controls that protect assets and manage risk.
The audit is not aimed at providing you with a negative response, it is about providing an un-biased opinion on the areas under evaluation in order to make further recommendation to control identified shortfalls. Horus International provide subject matter experts that will either conduct your audit as an independent auditor or support you by facilitating the audit process.
